Mandy Manananggal, from the storybook I've written and illustrated for a school procject with the title, "Superstar ang Pamilya ni Mandy".

The storybook is about how the simple narrative of the manananggal, used by the Spaniards to scare the Filipinos to colonized us transformed into the most iconic Filipino lower mythology creature in pop culture, which can be seen in comics, film, tv shows, and animation.
